HERS-G300 is independently developed by SENOHERS based on methanol reforming hydrogen production and high-temperature PEM fuel cell technology. It uses air-cooled heat exchange. The system comprises a methanol reformer, heat exchangers, and an air-cooled high-temperature PEM fuel cell stack. A methanol–water mixture is vaporized and fed to the reformer to produce hydrogen-rich gas, which is used by the HT-PEM stack for power generation. Residual gas is recycled to the oxidation chamber for flameless catalytic combustion, supplying heat for methanol reforming and fuel vaporization. An intelligent control system provides precise control of this complex process and heat distribution, as well as rapid protection under abnormal conditions.Rated output is 300 W. The unit provides one 5 V/2 A USB output; with an external inverter it supports 220 V, 300 W output. Compact design and excellent environmental adaptability make it suitable as a power source for individual workstations, communications equipment, and outdoor operations.
